Weekly Update 01–28–2019

Hi everyone, welcome to the Ledgerback Blog.

This week, we wanted to provided some updates on our website, analytics, network governance, and projects.

Website

We recently completed a redesign of our website!

Since we are in the final stages of our brand guide, we decided to do another redesign that is more conforming to our brand guide.

Analytics

Though our roadmap is not yet finalized, one of the main areas we want to work harder on is our analytics.

Our analytics focus, like our research focus, is very broad which makes it hard at times to narrow the scope of our activities.

That’s why we wanted to focus on our analytics end, specifically on narrowing the scope and producing more analytical content for your pleasure.

Expect more analytical content coming from us this year, especially concerning the blockchain ecosystem (networks, on-chain activity, mining, software development, dApps, etc.).

Network Governance

Improving our network governance for the mutual benefit of our Backers is of the utmost importance for us.

That’s why we are always considering any amendments or modifications we feel would improve our operations and simplify our structure.

This is one of the reasons that spurred us to consider adopting the “open collaborative network” model, which we will describe in further detail in a later post.

In moving to the open collaborative network model, we are considering how such a transition will affect our status as a cooperative association, our bylaws, and our principles and values.

Projects

Expect further updates on Solidarity, Greyscail Blockchain Review, Bikechain, and Zeta in their respective publications soon.
