I have got good recipe cookie dough and want share with you.

Ingredients:

2 sticks butter room temperatur
2 cups molasses
4 big eggs
8 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon gingerbread mixspice

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.
In a heavy-based pan over low heat, dissolve the sugar with the molasses, spices, and butter.
Slowly and carefully bring the mixture to a boil, cool it to room temperature, then mix in the baking soda.
Place the flour in a large bowl with a salt and make a well in the center. Pour in the cooled syrup mixture and the eggs, and stir from the center to incorporate the flour.
Knead the dough in the bowl until smooth and flour is completely incorporated.
Dough should look shiny and kind of like fudge.
Split in half and roll it in the pans until it is uniform thickness and completely filling the pans.
Tnen make templates house and cut them out.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Lay templates on the warm gingerbread and cut around them with a knife.

Let cool on wire racks.
Now time for building and decorating. ))
We need royal acing, it can bought or made.

Royal icing:
1 egg white
2 cup sugar powder
3/4 teaspoon lemon juice

Using a wooden spoon, stir about half of the sugar into the egg white. Add the lemon juice and beat the mixture with the spoon until it is thoroughly blended, then add the remaining sugar, a little at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue to beat for until smooth and creamy. The icing should be used immediately or kept for up to 30 minutes if covered with a damp cloth. If kept longer, the icing will begin to set.
