A Simple Birthday Meal

Hello Steemit friends!

It is quite a long day for me today. It is my birthday by the way(you can guess the age, hehe) and as usual, I celebrate it with family most of the time.

I have cooked crispy chicken and chicken with honey chili sauce in the morning and bought strawberry and cassube cake. It isn't that much but it is more than I can be thankful about too. To have food daily in my table is already a good blessing for one. The simple things in life that we often forget like the air I am breathing now, a good night sleep or even just being able to feel may be cheesy to ponder but it is the simple things and experiences that makes us who we are.

The past year have given me opportunities to travel more than once and I have spend a lot more time with my loved ones especially with friends I seldom see.

I cannot even count all the blessings and some I cannot remember, I am just thankful for everything especially the life I have now. I am happy I reached this age and I am also super thankful that I am in Steemit.
