Destroy BAD HABITS with just a few SENTENCES

When it all began

It was towards the end of the year 2017, maybe between September and october- the time i first came across a wierd type of prayer. It was a prayer that didn't involve an amen and a deity or God. This type of prayer involved the repetition of certain phrases for days, months and years to achieve a change in behaviour or to introduce a new behaviour. It can also be used to build up, or crush belief systems, or paradigms. field-328962_1280.jpg

It is a fascinating phenomenon called 'Affirmation' that i just had to try out. I had to find out for myself if this was another myth from an old religious book. From that moment on, I've used and applied principles of affirmation in conjunction with the laws of attraction which i came across about the same time as i did affirmation.

What were the results you might ask. Well, results were nothing less than fantastic. I am no longer a slave to certain habits of mine that i had tried to conquer for years with the religious type of prayers.

The principle of Affirmation

Affirmation(in this context) is a form of meditation, prayer, or repittion of phrases you make up yourself although affirmations could also be constructed from religious text.

When it comes to the religion of Affirmation, You are your own prophet, You make the rules.
The divine communicates with you and you alone. The affirmations you come up with may not work for anyone else but yourself. The principle of affirmation is based on auto suggestion-by continously repeating your phrases until it makes an impression on the sub conscious mind which governs our habits .

Affirmation just another mythology?

Affirmation is far from any religious beliefs.
Wether or not you believe in affirmation, you are definitely being influenced by the types of verbs, adverbs and adjective you use everyday. For example, some one who uses words like 'failure', 'would do later', 'i can't', 'i don't', or any other negative parts of speech might see life turning out nothing short of negative.

Do a check on yourself someday and observe: do you use the negative or the positive verbs, adverbs or adjectives? Im on my way to 'thought mastery' but my journey began with changing those negative emotions and words into its productive counterpart. Worrying about life would only bring about more worries.

You'd be surprise by how much negativity you are unconsciously influencing your life with. Give it a try. Stay aware of your thoughts and words, watch the type of friends you move with, figure out where or who the source of negativity in your life is.

It was and always is my goal to consciously utter positivity into my life until it became a habit. These days i feel a whole lot better and less heavy. My mind no longer plays images of poverty, despair, hopelessness, fear, and procrastination.

It wont kill you to give it a try, create your own affirmative phrases. Get rid of those destructive paradigms, build a new one and
