mother of three how to relieve stress tips and tricks that work for me !!!
I am a working mother of three, i love my kids more than anything in the world but sometime us parents need a break to destress from all the day to day task we go throught and the non stop work and stress of taking care of our young ones and working here are some of the tips i use and work for me to destress :)
Take 5 minutes and breath deeply
Lock yourself in the bathroom or where every possible . Close your eyes and slowly breathe in for 5 times Then slowly breathe out 5 times. Do this 5 times It helps!Put your favorite music on
Music always makes things more fun as you do chores or soothing peaceful music when you’re relaxing, music is great.Laugh
Find something to laugh about pick out a comedy to watch one evening or find a funny video or joke on youtube. It’s true that laughter is good medicine.Think about the positive
This is one of my favorite ways to destress because it brings a little perspective. When you look at everything that’s gone wrong in a day, it’s easy to be hard on yourself and feel like you’re not doing a good job. If you start thinking like that, stop yourself. Instead, try to think about everything good that did happen! Even on tough days, you can always find a little bit of sunshine if you look hard enough.Dance stress away

Clutter and disorganization
