Too fatty, don’t have headache , Eat moderate food . To loss weight are you trying to manage the calorie or doing hard exercise , But not get the result . What will you do . The main thing is your habit . If you manage the habit of Yours and then you can gain the result you want .
- First of all you have to eat a healthy food .
- Second You don’t have to buy the rich foods or as much as you don’t have to. Be Economical to buy foods.
- Don’t eat Oily food .
- Don’t eat Fast food.
- Avoid the Flour or Rice type foods . Because these are Weight Gaining Foods.
- Don’t eat Protein like food so much . Take the percentage you want .
