In life people do what they value and value what they do. Values are personal beliefs that drives us to action or to a particular kind of lifestyle and behaviour. Values are emotional anchors that determines where we go; the company we keep and the things we do. Values determine our preferences, our interest, our commitment, the things we respect and the principles to adhere to. Values clarify purpose, they enable us to see things worth living and dying for.
