last time I had my account blocked I contacted support via https://help.twitter.com/forms/signin and was answerd "probably" by a bot. on that answer I sent again an email telling them, that they are bots for they did not even read my comment in the first mail... the answer came like in 30 seconds. ;) good luck anyway
