Tech we wouldn’t have without space exploration! #2 Memory Foam
#2 Memory Foam
Do you enjoy being comfortable? Have you ever tried a memory foam bed, pillow, or seat cushion? Well, the derrieres of the pilots and passengers of early aviation were very much in need of relief. In the 1970s under a NASA contract, the wide spread commercial application came to life. NASA wanted to improve crash protection while also upping the comfort level. Memory foam is used all over the place today and was even used on the space shuttle.

Space exploration projects certainly have a lot of contribution to humanity. Cool post! @jarza
Thanks brother! I wonder what kinds of tech will come out of all the R&D of today's space ventures.
I also wonder about it, technology advances so fast.
