howdy squirrelbait! oh man....yeah remember something like that can take months to heal! lol. it's probably fine but this happened on the trail when you were wearing ankle supporting boots so what can you do besides that?
I can walk but not for very long still. Crazy! Lesson in patience for me. I thought it would be fine by now. I'm not sure what to do other than wrap the ankle as well as the boots. Crazy! I still don't think the knee is damaged so I'm just letting it heal. It better not take months! I'm not that patient.
