Rajma-Rice reduces Tension and weight - know its great benefits
Vegetarian be or non-veg must be the name of Rajma-Rice in most Indians' favorite dish. Due to the special size of Rajma, it is also called 'Kidney-Beans'. Rajma is a very good source of protein. Not only this, Rajma also helps in weight loss . Although the protein of Rajma is not enough, it should be mixed with carbohydrate (rice) for it.
