Keep this in mind to overcome a love break

in #life6 years ago

When a relationship ends is a very tough situation, regardless of the reason why it comes to an end. Going through a hard time, which tests us emotionally, makes us stronger, but it is also important to have at hand the tools that allow us to do so.

A break is an important event in the life of any person. For this reason, it has even visible effects on our body, that if you look at them you must have the peace of mind to understand that they are normal.

Changes occur in your appetite and your rest: Breakages fall into situations that cause long-term stress. This generates changes in our digestion and discomfort, and sleep can be affected by the loss of a relationship, which in turn causes other health problems associated with lack or excess of sleep.

You will have intense cravings: According to a study from Columbia University in 2011, when you lose a relationship that you already considered an important part of your life affects the same areas of your brain as people who suffer withdrawal syndrome. This area secretes a neurotransmitter that is associated with intense cravings or desires, which explains why you may become obsessed with an ex.

Your immune system becomes weaker: A rupture leads to a stressful situation for those who cross it, this generates anguish. When you are distressed you release stress hormones that effectively weaken your body, making you more susceptible to some disease or even physical pain.

It affects your skin: Researchers from Wake Forest University discovered that acne is 23% more likely to appear when a person is in a stress situation. A break is a long-term stress situation so it makes sense that you can observe the appearance of acne on your face at a time like this.
