Depression (A path to death) - BEATITUDES (HEART) will heal

As I received the message that #beatitudes will heal many sorrows, I was caught up with the memory of the days when I was depressed. I wen through so many things and life seemed unbearable. It only took the love of Jesus Christ to receive healing. Thus with #beatitudes, am sure, those going through trying times and feel like giving up will be revived.

Depression is the feeling of being downcasted and greatly feeling bad. It maybe caused by disappointments, frustrations, humiliation and so many things that does not just work out the way one thought it would.
In our societies today, we see this mania (Depression) eating up people and sadly even our youths!!

They are really not to blame because of a truth, whatever burden that is, it's actually very heavy. Yes! Unbearable
But it's never enough for anyone to take his life. Never!

Even God knew burdens are unbearable, that's why He called out to you and I, everyone in the book of Matthew chapter 11 vs 28. He said:

"Come unto me, all Ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. (kjv)

Cast all of them to Jesus. By doing that, you save yourself and also obey God and you attract blessings by obeying God. How wonderful!!

Remember when a person gets depressed, a lot of things fall apart and they only think of terrible things which could lead to suicide (worst of them all) . Don't even think about it. It's evil. 😈😈😈😈😈

Don't let anything make you feel you are the ugliest or worst person ever. Just always remember Jesus loves you and He went as far as dying for you. So dear! Also think of your loved ones how they will feel. The heartache hurts more than when someone dies naturally.

You could be hurting an entire generation. Even When Jesus knew He was sent to die, He didn't kill Himself, He still waited on the Father's timing. Suicide is wrong. 100 and 1000 % evil. Never a solution to any problem. When depressed, talk to God, talk to your loved ones and forgive yourself then move on happily. There's always a reason to be happy.

Everyone will die at the appointed time of God, but it's never advisable to meet God through SUICIDE. You've got purpose, so live long, achieve them and be happy.

What is the Remedy is you are already trapped?

• Talk to God
• Cast your cares on Jesus
• Read the Bible always
• Do not isolate yourself from people who care
• Do good things that make you happy
• Be grateful for your past victories
• Encourage others

I'm a living testimony. God saved me and I'm happy and moving on fine.

When daddy died while I was still in high school, mum had nothing but my whole life has been a miracle till now, when life came hard on me, I almost gave in but the above portion of the Bible kept me up!!! I lived up and I'm still discovering how amazing and unique the Lord made me. Sometimes I cry , what if I had thrown in the towel then???

DEPRESSION is a word to avoid
SUICIDE is an evil that should never be carried out
