In an effort to use the @cosimo account solely for fiction, I'm dedicating this new account to Health and Marketing. I'll be resteeming these through @cosimo for a little while to ease the transition. This is to provide a more focused approach to content. If you're only into my fiction, stick with @cosimo. If you like the kind of stuff below, you can get more of it here @hippo-scriv. By all means, subscribe to both if you like it all. Thanks for reading.

Are you having trouble sleeping? More than that, is there something wrong with the sleep pattern you actually want?

Like to sleep in, all the time?

A little too into excess?

Does something inside you hit its stride around sunset?

How's the depression treating you lately? What about the anxiety?

Why are you so damn controversial, anyways? What makes it so hard for you to play along with others? Do you have to be so intense all the time? People just don't know what to make of you.

And for that, you don't like people as much as you should.

Maybe this isn't hitting any marks with you. Maybe you're into things like a bright and early breakfast, eternal sunshine, and the nine to five.

Nevertheless, you can't deny that mental rush that comes on when daylight's burning low into the horizon.

You're a true romantic, that could mean a quiet night with a bottle of wine or one of those late night prowls that we keep off the records.

You're a wolf. That is your chronotype.

And you need to stop denying it. The nine to five isn't really for you. Neither is going vegan.

The wolf chronotype tends to like high fat, high sugar, high adrenaline, high stakes, and strong coffee.

No, I didn't make this all up. If you're interested, you can check it out here.

Maybe it's time to stop wondering why you can't get a handle on yourself, to stop wrestling with your own nature, and start feeding the right wolf. Namely, you.

You'll sleep better for it.

P.S. If this sounds like somebody you know, help 'em out with a share. They'll be touched that someone gets them. Wolves are like that.
