Psychology says, behind any mental issue, there are some emotions that were repressed and not fully accepted. So just don't worry about it and try to live consciously and simply here and now. And, If you feel something painful or disturbing coming from inside you, let it come. Don't escape. Go through it with all your heart. And, most importantly, love. Love all your parts intensely. Love heals.
