Yellow pickled carrots bean cucumber
Ingredients :
1 carrot (large)
1 cucumber
10 stems of beans
10 pieces of whole chili pepper
1/2 tbsp vinegar / to taste (can use lemon)
1/2 glass of water
1 stalk lemongrass
2 bay leaves
2 orange leaves
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
to taste sugar, salt
ingredients Seasoning:
2-3 cloves of garlic
4 cloves of red onion
2 candlenuts
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
Steps:
Cut carrots in matches, cut into chunks of dried beans, cut the cucumber lengthwise.
sauté spices, lemon grass, lime leaves and bay leaves until fragrant, not too long.
Enter water and carrots. Cook until carrots slightly wilted.
Add sugar, salt and oyster sauce.
Add cucumbers and beans. Cook until cooked and seasoning / water absorbed. Turn off the stove.
add vinegar, stirring evenly.
Ready to be served.
