Ingredients :
1 kg rice flour
2 ounces of sweet tape
1 ounce tapioca flour
1/2 kg of sugar
800 ml coconut water
800 ml of coconut milk
2 small bottle sprite bottles
1 pack of fermipan
Steps:
Heat the coconut milk, then set aside.
mix rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, fermipan, sweet tape input little by little coconut water.
Put the sprite bit by bit while kneading
Cover the dough, let stand 7 hours.
After 7 hours of input of coconut milk, close again, let stand for 2 hours
The dough is ready for printing.
