Friends are an incredible source of motivation.
You can feel their positive energy when you let them in on your life's highlights. Let them partake in your joy and well-being. This will raise their spirit as well as yours!
But also share your setbacks. Show them your emotions. And accept their support when you're feeling sad and hopeless. They will give you encouragement and advice. Above all, friends can give you the strength you need to go on when you're about to give in.
