A study published in The Journal of Geronotology on Biological Sciences and Medicine said that in the day-old people who watched more than five hours of television, after 65 years, 65 percent of them had problems walking or unable to walk. Compared to those who watch television less than two hours, they do not have this problem. For those who do not work for more than a week, it is also warned that more television viewing is particularly harmful.
In the study of the United States, 1,34,34 thousand participants took part. When the research began, all the ages were between 51 and 71 years. Their health was good.
