I heard this phrase from a movie with the title Sing(2016).

It was said by the character called Mr. Moon, an ambitious director who want to have a successful on stage career.

I like this phrase because it is so true. It is true that after falling on rock bottom there is nowhere else to go but up. In reality this quotes can really be applied in life but with precaution.

Why with precaution?

While going up, there will always a chance that we will fall again if we are not careful.
So another addition for this quotes is, don't forget to get up again no matter how many time we might fall.
