Anyway, 2018 is now. Although the time has changed, some of our doctors' mentality has not changed yet. A few days ago Every day at a private hospital in Moulvibazar, there were 3500 taka for duty (before that those who did the duty were probably used at 3300 taka.
He had 3000 rupees earlier (not Siur). There is no money charge, no fees or extra money. But a few days ago, a doctor of ours agreed to do more duty on duty. Very likely it can be 2800 rupees (a little less than that). Not to be contacted beforehand for not knowing the identity of the new duty doctor. His identity was found on the eve of the last day of his joining the search. Even after the evening, he was supposed to have a detailed conversation, but due to the close of his mobile all night, communication was not possible (though his friend may have given some hint to him). As usual, he was contacted on that day, and he talked with him about 16-17 minutes talking about everything, the details of the previous duty and the amount of the money. According to him, he did not know anything about the money, and a local elder decided to fix his duty. After repeated explaining everything, he will do the duty of duty, even if he knew beforehand. At present he may be doing duty.

We increase social media and platform to increase the scope of doctors, to increase the opportunity. But what benefits do we get if we are not right in the doctor's society ?? Do not we let doctors down their respected honor? What is the benefit of the clinic owner or Manesar, unnecessarily blaming? Actually, we are partly responsible for our situation but we are responsible. And for this reason the clinic owners take advantage of opportunities. You or I would have done the same thing in their place.

Anyway, this post is not intended for the purpose of this brother or to shorten him. Maybe he's an isolated incident My purpose is to be a doctor who we are doctors in different clinics or hospitals, and request to those who will be in the future, please do not let us down our status.

"Association of Duty Doctor's of Sreemangal (ADDS)" has been used to claim fair demand for doctors in Srimangal Upazila, which is located near Moulvibazar.
Moulvibazar city has approximately 20 private hospitals and clinics. So to get the fair claim of duty doctors, it's time to have everyone together to do such an association. Those senior brothers who are performing duties in Moulvibazar should make such an association with everyone's initiative.
