RE: Life Lessons We Can Learn From Captain Marvel

in #life5 years ago

Hey, @sauravrungta.

Having these life lessons learned from a MCU movie is cool. I like that you've drawn some from it, since Marvel is known for it's character development and their need to go through mundane types of trials along with their superheroing.

You were kinder to Captain Marvel than I've been so far, but I fully acknowledge I need to see it again to be sure. Part of the issue I had was I felt I'd already seen a lot of the movie just from the trailers, so when I got there, it seemed flat. Nothing new. I also know enough of Carol Danvers and her backstories that a lot of what happened there wasn't such a surprise.

It's sad, though, because Carol Danvers/Ms. Marvel/Captain Marvel is one of my favorite Marvel characters of all time. She's been through a lot, too.

I do think Endgame will be awesome. They're certainly building it up to be, and I hope that they are able to deliver. Many more times than not, I've been happy with the results.

I hadn't read about or seen much of Captain Marvel before I watched the movie so everything was new and a surprise for me. I guess that's why I enjoyed it so much. I mean it could have been better for sure but it was a good watch.

Endgame will be epic. They're calling it the cinematic event of the decade or something. I just can't wait anymore lol
