For new refugees, Humanity Card is a unique form of assistance. If they usually queue to get a direct help package, then they can shop according to their needs with similar cards electronic money. The cash-filled cards make it easy for Rohingya refugees to shop for basic necessities for a month. HC cards can be used in stores that are affiliated with the ACT Humanity Card program.

The Humanity Card distribution December targeted 500 Rohingya refugees residing in Kutupalong Camp. Distribution process itself is done in stages.
