Who is Frank? Let's scratch the surface..

We always start with "what do you do?" which doesn't bother me but some people are bothered by it because are of us all defined by more than what we do for work. So instead of focusing on work I'll start with other stuff..

So, I have to force myself to think about what helps to define me besides what I do for work?

I thought by 51 I'd be better than I am but there is always more work to do on oneself. You can call it personal work or spiritual work.. doesn't matter to me, it is work. Life gets better if you work on yourself.

First, I'm a Leo and my Myers-Briggs type is: ISTJ logistician. I like to do things right the first time, in the right order and on time. Of course it is much more complex than that.
