The only issue is that the pic you used does not belong to you, and thus needs to be cited with a link from where you acquired it. (This applies to all other posts in which you used her images as well.)
noted - If this is an issue i will use one of my own pics as i don't enjoy having the authenticity of my stories questioned, thanks for the heads up
She just warned you. A pic not yours can bring you into trouble... there are plenty of pictures you can use for free see pixabay.com for example
