Simple exercise for how to make today a special day
If someone wants to make today a special day, a day that will always be remembered from now on, here is what they can do.
Make a little extra time today, find a quiet area.
Make yourself comfortable. Even if you don't know how to meditate, meditating is almost a form of daydreaming. Sit there and focus on your mind. Focus your mind as long as you can at first on positive, loving thoughts. This could be the ocean, the sun or your favourite daydream.
And focus on how you can become more positive and more loving to the people around you.
And then focus on how you can become more service-to-others and more forgiving to yourself and others.
This exercise will change the world one person at a time, being yourself.
