5 SECRETS TO TRUE HAPPINESS
This is the question I think everyone asks at least once in their lifetime: What is the secret to happiness?
Everyone is different therefore, different things make people happy. But I believe there are some universal secrets to true happiness, that is applicable to everyone.
1. SELF-LOVE
Truly love and accept yourself just the way you are.
Most of us are not happy with either our look or with our circumstances and make ourselves feel bad on a daily basis.
If this is you, you have to re-learn how to love yourself. Negative self-talk is a huge part of feeling happy or unhappy, because we can control how we feel by our thoughts.
Teaching people how to develop self-esteem has been a huge focus of my work. I have been there - feeling low, depressed, went thought the 'dark night of the soul' too-, and I know how hard it is to accept and love yourself just the way you are in these circumstances. All I can say, it's possible.
2. TRUST YOURSELF
Trust your feelings, trust your intuition. They can show you if something is good or bad, or if something is right or wrong.
Pay attention to your feelings in every second because it is a guide about your life. If you do this, and follow your gut feelings, your life will unfold in a natural way and you get more aligned to your true self.
You can develop your intuition simply just paying attention to your feelings and thoughts, and paying attention to the feedback you get. This is not something you need to over-complicate, because it is in us naturally. We are spiritual beings.
3. BELIEVE IN THE SUPPORT OF THE UNIVERSE
You also have to learn to trust the Universe and Faith, and believe that everything is unfolding as it should.
There is Divine Timing when everything happens in the right time, when you are ready for it. No need to rush things.
Has it happened with you when you tried something so hard but it never worked out? No matter how much effort, time or money you put into something, for some reason, it was all wasted?
That’s a sign that you are either on a wrong path or that’s not the right time for you.
4. TAKE 100% RESPONSIBILITY
Another major key to happiness is learning to take 100% responsibility for everything that happens in your life. That means giving up all blaming and complaining about how the world is.
You are the one who is creating your reality by the thoughts you think, the images you hold in your mind, the feelings you feel, the choices you make and the actions you do or don’t do.
Once you truly get this, you can begin to create the life you want through intentionally using the power of your mind.

5. BEING NON-JUDGEMENTAL
We have to be willing to let go of our judgments about how other people should be.
Most of our pain comes from trying to control things we have no control over and from believing that other people and conditions should be different than they are.
When you give up judging and trying to control others, and focus instead on creating what you want for yourself, you find that place from which you can create your own life much easier.
You can never control other people, so don’t waste your energy on something you can’t control. Your energy will just go down the drain, instead of using it for something good – to create what you want.
If you are in this situation, I recommend clearing your energies and chakras because it can make a HUGE difference. You might carry other people energies or energetically attached to them.
