Cane juice is known as a cheap traditional drink. Who would have thought, this one-sided drink turned out to have health benefits that are not kidding, including weight loss.

A nutritionist named Rujuta Diwekar, says that cane juice contains 111 calories per glass (250-300 mL), which includes healthy carbohydrates (27 grams), protein (0.27 grams), calcium, magnesium and potassium in small amounts significant.

Seeing its content, no wonder if cane juice touted as a detox drink and juice weight loss is promising. This is interesting, because although the main content is sweet sugar, sugar cane is not fattening but it helps to lose weight.

To get the health benefits of cane juice, it is advisable to consume it after you exercise, or after you are outdoors in the hot sun. The cane juice will help to make up for the lost electrolytes from the body.

Still not sure about the benefits of cane juice? These are four reasons why cane juice is worth drinking regularly.

  1. Rich in fiber
    Fiber is a component in the diet that is instrumental in maintaining weight. If you are on a diet and do not consume enough fiber in the form of fruits and vegetables, the chances of constipation will double. Cane juice contains enough fiber to meet your daily needs.

  2. Increase metabolism
    The science of metabolism is simple. The higher the energy level, the more calories are removed. Your weight is influenced by the number of calories counted in and calories out. Cane can help increase metabolism, gives you a high energy level, and therefore, is able to accelerate weight loss.

  3. Good for the digestive system
    The formation of feces and excretion is necessary for a healthy body. Because of high fiber, cane juice also plays a role in launching your digestive system.

  1. No fat
    The sugar cane juice may have a high sugar content, but it has zero percent fat. While processed juice is sold on the market, it contains unneeded empty calories and unhealthy fats that can lead to increased visceral fat (fat around the organs of the body). Visceral fat is what has the potential to inhibit the process of weight loss. Therefore, a glass of cane juice once a day will not at all increase your weight.
