RISK

Risk is the potential of gaining or losing something of great importance. It can also be defined as the intentional interaction with uncertainty. Uncertainty in the sense of not been sure of the outcome of the risk been taken.

Man is ought to take risk before achieving something. Many believed that before one can attain to success, he or she must be ready to take a great risk. In terms of business, you ought to risk your money in investment of any type, when such risk is taken, two things is always involved, its either you loss or you gain. Even some go to the extent of risking there life just to achieve something great. 🤔

There are some risk that are worth taking and some that are not worth taking. Many failed today because they took a risk that is not worth to be taken. I always tell people around me that before you do something, always 🤔 first. In my second definition of risk, I said that risk is an intentional interaction with uncertainty, yes, before you take a step (ie doing it intentionally), you don't know what will be the result of the step taken(risk), ( that is, not been certain of the outcome), be sure at the end you won't regret it. I will say that risk is a thing of the mind that requires courage.

A great philosopher, David Lloyd George said, "don't be afraid to take a big step. You can't cross a chasm in two small jumps". He just saying that we should not be afraid of taking risks, that you can only achieve success by taking the hardest 🏃 (step).

Another great philosopher, Fredrick Wilcox, said, "progress involves risks. You can't steal second base and keep your foot on first.
