What's in a name

Always ask how to spell a name with word associations (ex. “A” like Alpha or “B” like Boy etc...). Don’t guess. A first impression is everything and sometimes it starts with something as simple as spelling. Also, you'll save time not having to call back when an "incorrectly" spelled e-mail bounces back.
