Spirit of Work or Motivation
Work is one of the obligatory conditions for us to live our lives. Not only work, but you also have to have the determination and good intentions, earnest, hard work and must have a high motivation to be successful. No matter what condition and type of work you are currently working on. All the work, whatever it is, if our intentions and efforts are good then Allah will give good results also according to the effort that we do.
Do not ever think, that god is never fair. Because thoughts like this will make us never grateful for what we have today, including our work. If we notice, there are still many people who have to struggle to find a job, therefore whatever your current job then be grateful and live with good intentions and determination. The good intention to start the business is because of God, that is trying, endeavor. Whatever the result is trust in Him. Then God willing, the results given by Allah will be maximal.
Word of wisdom spirit of work or motivation is needed when we are facing various problems in business world / work, like let down by boss and client, saturation, unsatisfactory result and so on. And here is a lot of things that we think is futile so it feels boring and makes us unable to focus on looking at the future and goals of our work. Indeed to get it all you have to find the best solution with the inspiration and motivation for our spirit to rise again.
Well, for that I will share a motivation for your life to be better. But do not ever forget to continue praying, thankful and still thinking optimistic. Never and ever just complain, because the more you complain the burden will be heavier. Well we just see the words of wisdom hard work and motivation to work:
We will not always get what we want, but we will always get what we believe.
Reality is the fruit or result of dreams, decisions and deeds. So start your work with a high dream, followed by the right decisions and actions that are tailored to both.
