Their are millions of expression by a human in everyday even we cannot explain them properly ,every feeling has its own expression, happiness has its own,sadness has its own and anger has its own.

Let's talk about some advantages and disadvantages of some expression,

ADVANTAGES:-

• Happiness- can help us achieve many other cherished(अच्छा लगना) personal ambitions and goals and help us to think very maturely and calmly on anything.

• Sadness- can help people improve attention to external details, reduce judgmental bias(तरफदारी करना), increase perseverance(लगन), and promote generosity(उदारता).

• Anger- Is One Of The Most Powerful Emotions,The emotion of anger can provide tremendous energy to right wrongs and change things for the good.

DISADVANTAGES:-

• Happiness-Too much happiness can make you, selfish sometime otherwise its good very good.

• Sadness- An individual experiencing sadness may become quiet or lethargic(सुस्त), and withdraw themselves from others.

- Anger-situation is usually dangerous, of course,Too much anger can also be literally bad for your health. Not only does it make you feel bad, it makes you do stupid things without noticing the risks and it can be self-destructive.

"You will almost always regret things said or done in anger"
