Ninja Warriors Know How to Hold On and Let Go

I love that series 'Ninja Warrior'. I like seeing those candidates trying their best. Monkey bars a big challenge to all but the fittest.

The problem is that you have to hold on and let go if you are going to make any headway. Can you do two opposite things at once?

To go forward you have to perfect the technique of holding on and letting go, while using your body as a driving force with its momentum.

Going along the monkey bars is a bit like real life. Hold on too long in a given situation and life passes you by.

Are you brave enough to let go? Unless you do, you can't move forward!

Remember that life needs balance!
