From a math teacher's perspective, I think math is one of the tools in life to help an individual become a logical thinker. Everyone is unique, where one can maximize this tool and others will barely use math at all in their lives. We need to teach our students not the boring subject of math, but the practical and logical math. I am always looking for ways to improve as an educator. Thank you for the great post.
