This guy owns 97 % of one of the islands in the state im living in right now. His plans for the island of lanai are to make it a 100% green economy. The locals over there love him so much. The real estate deal costed him roughly 300 million dollars. His yacht is also something out of a dream. Its so large when it sails across the horizon, off the shore of waikiki. It looks like an oil tanker for the master of the universe.
