How To Open Chakras
According to Hindu and / or Buddhist, chakra is a collection of great energy (but locked) in our bodies that govern our psychological qualities. It is said that there are seven main chakras; four in the upper body, which regulate our mental properties, and three in the lower body, which regulate our instinctive nature. The chakras are:

- Again, sit on knees.

- Concentrate on the Throat Chakra and the part that represents, at the base of the throat.

- Do this for five minutes, then the feeling of "clean" will rise again.
7). Open the Third Eye Chakra (blue) :
As the name suggests, this chakra deals with insight. When open, you have a good psychic ability, and tend to dream a lot. If this chakra is less: You tend to want other people to think about you. - Concentrate on the Crown Chakra and the part that represents, the top of your head.
- Silently, but clearly, dengungkan sound "NG" (yes, this is indeed difficult humming).
