@tatjanastan, Good to see that there are tools which is helpful to bring back the effective life balance. In my opinion as we are entering into the Super Technology World more we are receiving the negative effects. For sometime if we keep the Health aspect aside there are one more most important change which gifted by the Technology is, many people are alone these days and by that i mean, organic conversations became very less in lives and many are living their life around Virtual Like and Dislike.
