Day 2495 | Water Fast & Long Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I manage to make it into a good Sunday actually sticking to the plan of making it into a fasting day while getting in some good activity and social time. I started out waking up early to watch the Formula 1 Grand Prix, I had a bit of productivity afterward before heading home to go on a long walk with our dog. The weather condition was actually perfect for it and I really enjoyed it on an empty stomach. I resisted eating anything afterward and spend some time with my family before heading back to my place and going to bed quite early.

New Day Goals: The idea for Monday is to go for a long morning walk still on an empty stomach, have some afternoon productivity eating something healthy and also taking a short nap before joining an evening Hot Yoga Class.
