Day 2492 | Evening Walk & Some Reps

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Things are heading in the right direction even though I didn't go full out yet on Thursday skipping on a hot yoga class. My mom came by in the morning which made me get up quite early in the morning which is a good things as I want to get my sleeping hours te get more stable instead of staying in bed too long each day. I did go out for an early evening walk while the sun slowly was going under passing by the supermarket. I also had did some reps after I got home and spent some time in the kitchen going to bed on time.

Daily Food Diary
I started out making 2 Oatmeal Pancakes with Banana, I ate some chocolate on my walk and a home-made pizza in the evening.

I did 11135 Steps and 3x50 reps to at least get in some. I will keep grinding them daily and see where it gets me.
