Day 2486 | Media Consumption Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday again was not the day where I managed to turn everything around as it turned out in a day where I mainly consumed a lot of media starting out with the latest Severance episode which I really enjoy weekly and I look forward to the 75-minute last episode of the second Season next week. As it always goes, afterward I check youtube to get all the little details I otherwise missed and this made me skip on the Hot Yoga Class. I also played quite some Splinterlands Survival Mode on the last day of the season which demands quite some time and wanted to watch a movie in the evening but with the subtitles set not right I continued watching the anime series Death Note. It's the first anime series I ever watch and it totally has me hooked now after 4 episodes with 33 more of them to go.

I did 50 crunches on the day and lowered my overall goals for the 6-Week period now with only 3 weeks to go before my ski trip and a lot of them to do to reach my set goal.
