Day 2483 | Weekly Walk & Family Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was another fun day where I had some productivity early on before heading to my parents place stopping by the supermarket resisting some initial bad food temptations. The weather was just about good enough to go on my weekly long dog walk without a jacket and only really my left hand got a bit cold during it. As always it was highly enjoyable and I will continue doing those on a weekly basis getting in more steps and giving our dog also a fun time. This got me to 13401 steps on the day. I also did watch a movie quite late after I got back to my appartment.

Daily Food Diary
I started the day with a healthy smoothie and didn't really eat until the evening dinner where there was leek Soup / mushrooms / Caulliflower / Potatoes / Tomatoes / and some grapes as dessert.
