Day 2473 | Long Afternoon Walk (16900 Steps)

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm trying to set daily goals and just complete those each day in the hope to get to a longer streak instead of having longer-term big plays which always tend to fail at some point. Right now the goal is to get back to healthy eating to clear my skin while slightly increase my overall activity. That is what I did yesterday completing all goals that I set and even doubling one as I went on a rather long afternoon walk of almost 17k steps. I also managed to eat healthy and limited.


Daily Food Diary April

I waited until after my walk to get in some food and started with a banana while I was making Green peas pasta with a tomato sauce that has some tuna in it. In the evening I also ate 2 apples.
