Day 2453 | Tuesday Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was a pretty ok day where I manage to get some productivity in during the monring and where I went on another weekly long walk with our dog who islway is extremely happy to see me. I planned to make it into a fasting day not knowing my mom was making dinner so I did end up eating quite some in the evening. That said, I did do over 16k steps in the day

I ate a pizza margaritha on Monday, a small chocolate bar and a small can of tuna in the evening.
