Day 2450 | Pancakes & Pizza

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I currently falling in the "1-More-Day" trap which screwed me so many times in the past but it's stronger than me. Thursday was a day where I was unable to keep my eating clean as I still had some eggs and butter leftover from yesterday combined with a craving for pancakes so I ended up making some on the early afternoon. In the evening this craving shifted to pizza so I went and get one making this a poor eating day.

The only good things is that I continued to avoid vegetable oils but my weight is back up to around 71kg which will make it a real challenge to reach 67kg by the end of the month which only is 3 weeks left. However, I'm up for the challenge and Friday is another day to do an attempt at turning things around. The plan is to have some productivity and also go for a city walk.
