Day 2449 | Bread, Butter, Cheese, & Eggs

I'm at somewhat of a crossing point at the moment where I the past things always went the wrong way again. I broke my overall routine with a 2-day trip to the seaside initially keeping things healthy on the first day but going loose on the breakfast the day after and now the day after being back craving some less healthy food choices. I still try to avoid vegetable seed oils but had a crazving for some comfort food so I went wild on Bread with Butter, Cheese, eggs, & jam as those are things that don't include the oils but it's not the idea that I eat too much of these animal based products. My skin also has been getting a bit worse again in the past week already and I haven't joined a hot yoga class in 6 days.
So usually this is the point where I have an off day which leads to another one and my skin niticeably getting worse which makes me go 'the damage is done now, I might aswel enjoy the bad food now'. So now I really at all cost want to avoid that and with plenty of days left in the month I aim to do just that. So from here on out I plan to switch gears fully again and get back to the routine I had in January still aiming to lose the weight I set out to lose and make sure I do what I need to keep my skin cleared.
