Day 2448 | Oostende Film Fest Trip Day 2

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was the 2nd day of the Film Festival Trip to the Seaside City Oostende. I didn't seel too well as I am so used to my normal setting sleeping alone in my bed. This one had different pillows one too small for my head and the other one too big while I always use a middle size for my head and a very big one to wrap my arms around. So I had a very hard time falling asleep and mostly just lied there resting. That said, I was rested enough taking a good shower in the morning.

At around 08:30 we went downstairs already for breakfast which was included and which I enjoyed a lot as they literally had everything you could want in the Rosa Hotel which is where we were staying. So I feasted not looking too much at the rules that I put on myself only really avoiding any meat.

After that we went out for a long beach walk while the weather was perfect. This along with the rest of the day added up to 25k+ steps

We went to see 2 more movies the first one being a french film about crime which wasn't my thing and I just skipped it trying to catch up some sleep in my chair there. The 2nd one which started around 17:00 was a Scottish movie which was ok. After that it was a matter if taking the train to my appartment again and I didn't do all too much in the evening aside from catching up with this daily blog not missing any day. I also had an excellent night of sleep in my own bed.


Food Diary I had scrambled eggs x2, some warm tomato, mushrooms, 3 pancackes with a bot of brown sugar, 3 breakfast pasteries, Some Cheeses, Some Yoghurt with fresh Fruit, some Fresh Orange Juice, A Rosefip tea with some Honey with the idea that this would be my only meal of the day and I really enjoyed all of it.
