Day 2439 | Healthy Overeating

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Sunday was a pretty regular day where most of my focus went to the football which turned out to be profitable again continuing the good streak. I also managed to keep the healthy eating up but I did eat way too much and the coming days I will look to decrease my food intake and up my activity a bit so I end the month somewhere around the low 69kg range which was the goal for January.

I also watched a 3 part educational series about the menopauze which made me a bit smarter as I didn't really know anything about it before. I did that on the side while doing other stuff. In the evening I stayed up too late but I had an excellent night sleep.


Food Diary I started out with the psyllian husk health drink again and plan to keep this up for at least a week as it actually isn't that bad and really helps to fill me up early on with limited calories. I followed that up a couple hours later with some oatmeal which I made in Oat milk (free from added oils) mixed with a banana and some cinnemon + hennep proteine powder. On top of that I did some chia seed and Flax seed and I warmed it up in the microwave. A couple hours later I made a first buckwheet pizza with all fresh and healthy ingredients and late around 21:30 I made another one. Then around 23:30 when I started watching some tv I ate an apple. So plenty of food but all healthy options so at least there is that.

New Day Goals: The goal on Monday is to do my regular bookkeeping and to join a hot yoga class while limiting my food intake to a health drink early on and 1 meal before the yoga class.
