Day 2436 | Unexpected Long City Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I had some productivity early in the day and went to the Bio Supermarket closeby with an eye to get some Calcium and Magnesium Supplements but they didn't really have what I was looking for so I ended up doing a long city walk to the holland & barrett store where they did have what I searched. I now have Psyllium Husk, Flax Seeds, Magnesium powder and calcium which are the ingredients of a health drink which is supposed to remove bad fats around cells that come from vegetable oils.

I will be trying this out in the coming week. I did a total of 12k steps on this walk so good overall activity on the day.


Food DiaryI wanted to stop by the supermarket to get some tomato sauce and veggies to make a fresh pizza but simply didn't have time for it. So I ended up stopping by a nearby artisanal italian food shop buying a fresh Pizza Margaritha. I only assume that they use only good ingredients and olive oil but I could be wrong on it.
