I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


The week before this one I went out of my way to do 100k steps while I managed to eat relatively well. However, because this took so much time I skipped on it and only did around 22k steps while my eating was quite bad which got me back to where I started. I've been having some problems with my ears who seem to have a bit of fluid in them causing a feeling of pressure which is super annoying. One of them already cured but the other one still bugs me and I hope it will fix itself without the need to go see a doctor or take medicine. This type of annoyance didn't really help last week.


So the main 2 goals that I'm setting for myself are to do 70k steps this week which is just 10k a day and far easier achievable especially when I include 1 or 2 longer walks. Aside from this I also am going to try to eat just 1 meal each day as I always fall back in bad habits afer I lose a couple kilos gaining them back in no time

So my week goals

  • 70k Steps
  • 1 Meal A Day
  • Hope My Ear gets Healed

I won't yet join hot yoga classes and likely also will skip on the daily push up reps which is a goal that I now removed


New Day Goals: I'm going to make it into a regular Monday with some productivity doing my bookkeeping, taking a walk, spending some kitchen time, drinking at least 2 Liter of water and taking my supplements.
