Day 2312 | New Week Plans & Goals

For now, I continue to be stuck in the same loop where I'm actually quite active but I have zero control over my food intake which keeps me weight around 73kg which is just way too much. 70kg is the absolute maximum that I should weigh and 62-64kg would be optimal. So I need to lose around 10kg but can't find the motivation to for a longer time (or even for good) cut unhealthy tasty food out. However, I continue to strive toward it and the coming week is another one to have a go at it.

The sad thing also is that I'm not even enjoying the food that much and this is what I will make the focus point of this week. I want to do a week of mindfull easting meaning I need to be very contious and aware of everything that I put in my mouth. It will be somewhat of an experiment and I will see how it goes. Aside from this, I aim to just continue my active lifestyle.

I aim to do 8000+ steps on average daily along with some daily reps and cardio in the form of hot yoga, tennis, and swimming while taking some supplements and track those daily.

I stayed just below 10k steps on average each day but there are many steps that I don't count whenever my phone isn't in my pocket (during tennis, steps in my appartment,...). So overall I'm pleased with the outcome.

New Day Goals: I stayed in bed quite late but I otherwise aim to have a normal productive Monday with if possible a yoga class in the evening.
